JAGUAR SERVICE ACTIVATED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

You can drive anywhere with confidence knowing Jaguar Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA) is always there to assist and help you when needed.

Avail of SARA by booking your vehicle* in for a full service at an approved Jaguar Service centre. Once your service is complete, SARA will be automatically added complimentary to your Jaguar – that’s amazing added value. If you and your Jaguar get stuck, you can rest assured we will get to you, pick up your car for repair and get you back on the road.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vehicles eligible for the Complimentary Service Activated Roadside Assist (SARA) must be between 2.5 and 10 years of age and have had a full service as per Jaguar Land Rover’s maintenance guidelines. Roadside assistance is only available in Ireland & the United Kingdom. The assistance package will cover the time or distance period between services – if your vehicle is serviced yearly or 26,000kms, whichever comes first, then this is the period that the Assistance is active; alternatively if your vehicle is serviced every 2 years or 34,000kms, whichever comes first, then this will be the period of assistance cover. GETTING YOU MOVING

Whether you’re driving for business, pleasure or simply doing the school run. If you and your Jaguar are ever stuck, we’ll take your vehicle to the nearest Approved Service Centre where expert technicians will care for your car.

IRELAND & UK ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE & RECOVERY

If your vehicle is immobilised in Ireland or in the UK and the problem can’t be resolved at the roadside, we’ll arrange for your vehicle to be taken to the nearest Approved Service Centre.

REPLACEMENT VEHICLE

For your convenience, we will arrange a replacement vehicle when your Jaguar is recovered by Jaguar Assistance. This is yours for up to three days while your Jaguar is repaired.
